Demolition began this week at “the Champa Commons” at 1245 Champa Street.

Over the next few months this dreary space will be rebuilt into an innovative community space and indoor/outdoor technology park.  Approved by Denver City Council this week, this collaborative endeavor involving partners across the private and public sector will truly be revolutionary. 

Innovator’s Peak will be following the build out, and interviewing key stakeholders in this game-changing entrepreneurial center.  We are going to be documenting the “barn raising” - if you will… After all, that is pretty much the innovative spirit of Denver.
